By Jonathan Langer–Contributing Writer Tailgating will now be permitted for the two remaining home games of the West Liberty Hilltoppers’ regular season. The West Liberty Lady Toppers are coming off an impressive 2008-2009 campaign. Even though the Hilltoppers came up one came shy of winning the WVIAC Championship they still had a lot to be proud of.
