Running low on Sodexo and craving a smoothie from Jazzmans? Looking for a cool new t-shirt? Either way, the Trumpet Online has the answer.

Next Wednesday, April 18 at 12 p.m. in the Student Union, COM 477 will be hosting an hour of giveaways to promote The Trumpet Online.

By participating in trivia contests multiple prizes will be given away including t-shirts, Sodexo dollars, and tickets to the Hilltop Players performance of “The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940.”

The grand prize will be a basketball signed by the entire West Liberty men’s basketball team.

Winning a free t-shirt is pretty simple. All participants have to do is be a friend with The Trumpet Online on Facebook, or follow The Trumpet on Twitter.

The Trumpet team will have a computer set up and as soon as students check that the Trumpet Online is their friend on Facebook they will receive a free t-shirt.

To participate in the trivia contest there will be containers set out with trivia questions placed in front of them. To answer the trivia questions students must enter their answer on a slip of paper and drop it in the container.

The correct answers will be selected from the containers and a variety of prizes will be awarded. It’s as simple as that; every ten minutes a prize will be given out.
